Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • All original labels/tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items

  • Items with removed or damaged labels/tags

  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
